Founder Story
Daniel Shabrokh | JD, PhD
Daniel is the founder of Masir, and a former real estate agent and property lawyer from Australia. Beginning his career in 2004, he sold both off-plan homes and mixed-use projects, building trusted developer relationships and guiding international buyers with clarity on regulations, payment plans, Return on Investment, and risk management.
In 2014, he transitioned into property law, where he advised on complex high-value transactions, business structuring, and investment compliance. He negotiated contracts, resolved disputes, and built deep expertise in conveyancing, title transfers, strata titling, and due diligence — safeguarding clients' interests at every step.
In 2025, Daniel combined his dual expertise to launch Masir, a PropTech advisory platform that blends market insight, legal precision, and technology. His rare combination of deal-making expertise, legal knowledge, and long-term trust sets Masir apart — not just as a startup, but as a movement to bring clarity, security, and confidence to property buyers.
